Tekedia miniMBA Scholarship

Funding the future
of African healthcare
leadership.

Africa does not have a shortage of brilliant doctors. It has a shortage of doctors who have also been trained to think like leaders, builders, and entrepreneurs. This scholarship exists to close that gap.

Thank you for funding the future.

Prof. Ndubuisi Ekekwe, Founder, Tekedia Institute
Why This Exists

The insight is
simple.

A doctor who only knows medicine can treat patients. A doctor who also understands strategy, finance, and leadership can change systems.

Dr. Okoh's own career was built at this intersection. He has experienced first-hand how the absence of business and leadership training leaves talented clinicians unable to operate effectively at the senior levels where they are needed most.

The most effective healthcare reforms in Africa will be led by clinicians who have the courage and capability to step into leadership. This scholarship ensures those clinicians have the education to do so.
